- All squad gymnasts should be attending between 95-100% of sessions.
- Failure to maintain a rate of at least 80% may lead to squad placed being withdrawn and the gymnast moved to a more manageable training group.
- In order to be invited to attend any additional, out of school or squad training, gymnasts must have an attendance rate of 80% or above. Coaches retain discretion to allow gymnasts who have been absent through illness to attend.
- 100% attendance is an absolute requirement in the week preceding a competition. Any gymnast missing sessions in the week before a competition may be withdrawn at their expense. Safeguarding the gymnast’s welfare is our absolute priority and coaches cannot be satisfied that a gymnast is competition ready if they are absent from training so close to an event.
