Come along and join in the fun with an NWGC gymnastics party!


PARTY TYPES


UNSTRUCTURED

Our unstructured parties are fully supervised by our British Gymnastics qualified Coach's. 

Our unstructured parties are suitable for all ages.

Party time includes:

  • 1hr 15 minutes full use of the gym
  • 45 minutes use of our party area for food and drinks


UNSTRUCTURED PRICING

UNSTRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 16 children        £120.00

UNSTRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 24 children       £140.00

UNSTRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 32 children       £160.00



STRUCTURED

Our fully supervised, structured parties can be tailored to suit any age group.

Party time includes:

  • 45 mins of fun games and group rotations on our equipment - beam, vault (incl. bouncy track) bar and floor
  • 30 mins of free-play in the gym
  • 45 mins use of our party area for food and drinks


STRUCTURED PRICING

STRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 16 children          £150.00

STRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 24 children         £170.00

STRUCTURED PARTY - up to and including 32 children          £190.00


GENERAL INFORMATION - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

PARTY ROOM

Our party room is located in our upstairs viewing area. Party hosts also have access to our kitchen (inc. fridge, microwave, kettle and tea urn).

All partyware, inc. plates, table covers and decorations will need to be provided by the booking party. 

Please note that if there is another party booked after yours - there is a 15 minute cleaning window before the next party arrives.

Please leave the party room and kitchen clean and tidy - our staff will vacuum for you.


ARRIVING FOR YOUR PARTY

Party hosts can arrive 15 mins prior to bookings in order to set up the party area upstairs.

Please ask your party guests to arrive promptly for the stated party time. Our staff will greet and escort them to our changing area ready to enter the gym. 

There will be a health and safety talk before the session commences.


GYM ETIQUETTE

Please ensure your party guests are aware to arrive dressed suitably for the gymnastics environment, e.g sportswear, t-shirt and shorts or leggings and that long hair should be tied back.

Shoes must be removed by everyone entering the gym.

Adults may come into the gym, however they are not permitted to use the equipment.

Children aged 4 and under must be accompanied in the gym by a supervising adult.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

£50 DEPOSIT  - payable by BACS transfer within 7 days of booking
